Field Operations Coordinator / Acorn - Temporary

The Field Operations Coordinator will coordinate, monitor, and ensure the operational execution of the field team responsible for notifying coffee producers about a significant change in the program. The role involves ensuring compliance with coverage targets, message fidelity across in-person and digital channels, and quality control of field records within established deadlines. This position supports a short-term operational intervention by TechnoServe in El Salvador to communicate project updates directly to farmers via visits and WhatsApp.
