About this role

JPI seeks a SkillBridge Intern for an 180-day transitional training program within the Recruiting, Training & Development and Construction Operations teams. This role is designed for active-duty service members transitioning from military service to provide progressive exposure to safety, construction operations, field coordination, and digital tools. Successful participants will gain foundational certifications, mentored field learning, and documentation discipline to contribute to live project operations upon separation.

Responsibilities

Complete onboarding and safety readiness activities including OSHA 30 training
Shadow Operations Support Center personnel across designated construction verticals
Complete Academy training in construction technology and trade operations
Participate in daily site operations and support GC oversight activities
Lead a defined small-scale project component to demonstrate integrated understanding
