Field Operations Lead

The Field Operations Lead manages day-to-day installation and service operations, splitting time between the office and the field to ensure crews follow schedules and jobs stay on track. This role involves overseeing installation crews, coordinating materials and permits, and maintaining customer and internal team communications. When needed, the lead steps into the field to work as a crew lead, installer, or service technician to support operations.
