The Field Operations Manager and Estimator will lead field crews for residential and commercial landscaping projects, estimate project scope, materials, and labor, and serve as the primary liaison between clients, field teams, and executive management. This role combines on-site leadership with cost estimating to ensure projects are delivered as promised.
