Field Operations Manager

The Field Operations Manager leads NextPower's field operations organization to ensure successful project execution, exceptional customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across multiple construction sites. This role provides strategic leadership, technical expertise, and operational oversight for Construction Managers, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with NextPower standards. The Field Operations Manager reports directly to the Senior Manager of Operations and serves as the company's primary field leadership representative.
