Field Operator IV – Wireline

The Field Operator IV – Wireline is an experienced field position responsible for the safe and efficient execution of wireline operations and well intervention services at customer wellsites. The role requires strong practical knowledge of wireline equipment, pressure-control equipment, and wellsite operating procedures to independently perform or support key operational activities. The position works closely with the Wireline Supervisor, Field Engineer, client representatives, and field crew to ensure jobs are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Weatherford's HSE, quality, operational, and compliance standards.
