Field Property Adjuster

This role involves conducting on-site inspections, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling property claims for customers across the Knoxville, TN area and virtually nationwide. The position requires traveling to customer homes, utilizing estimating software like Xactimate, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims process. The adjuster will handle both field and virtual claims, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution while maintaining accurate documentation.
