Field Quality & Reliability Engineer (EV)

This role focuses on market issue resolution and ensuring new product design quality and reliability through a First Time Right approach. The engineer will lead cross-functional teams to address vehicle-level issues and manage design reviews for new models. Responsibilities include monitoring design verification plans linked to model maturity and driving cycle time reduction.
