Field Repair Manager

The Field Repair Manager leads a team of Lift Engineers and subcontractors at the Ringwood Service Branch, driving operational performance and ensuring the delivery of Major Repairs Plan objectives across all makes and models of lifts. This role involves shaping and motivating the team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining the highest Health & Safety standards. The position requires regular travel across the Service Branch region and collaboration with customers to address queries and complaints.
