Field Representative - Southwest

The Field Representative – Southwest is a full‑time, salaried, exempt role responsible for launching, supporting, and strengthening TPUSA Communities chapters across the Southwest United States. The position involves extensive travel (45‑50%) to develop new chapter leaders, provide hands‑on training, assist with outreach and event execution, and monitor chapter performance while maintaining communication with local leaders and strategic managers.
