Field Representative

The Field Representative supports member farms in meeting UNC Dairy program requirements related to milk quality, regulatory compliance, animal care, environmental stewardship, and workforce development. This role serves as a vital link between the cooperative and its member farms by conducting regulatory inspections, assisting with FARM program evaluations, and fostering strong producer relationships through education and problem-solving. The position involves regular farm visits, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to address member needs and resolve issues.
