Field Sales Executive

Stepan is seeking a Field Sales Executive to join the Consumer Products Surfactant sales team in North Texas, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. The role focuses on driving profitable growth across Direct and Distribution customers by managing existing business, building a new opportunity pipeline, and coordinating cross-functional resources. This position involves developing territory sales plans, building long-term customer relationships, and representing the company at industry events.
