Canadian Federation of Independent Business
As a Field Sales Manager, you act as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs by generating leads through networking and cold calling, managing your territory autonomously, and referring clients to CFIB services. This role requires driving business growth for small and medium-sized enterprises while building strong community relationships and staying informed on policy updates.
The Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB) is a non-profit advocacy group founded in 1971 that represents and supports small and medium-sized businesses across Canada. CFIB lobbies federal, provincial and municipal governments, conducts research and runs campaigns on policy issues such as taxes, regulation, labour and the cost of doing business. It also provides members with practical services — including advice, templates, insurance and discount programs, HR and legal resources — to help businesses operate and grow. CFIB operates nationally with a large grassroots membership and offers services in both English and French.
