About this role
The Sales Support Associate represents Healthfirst in the community to promote company enrollment and position the organization as a socially responsible health partner. The role develops and coordinates outreach plans, events, sponsorships and partnerships to increase awareness of Healthfirst’s Medicare products and drive membership growth and retention. The associate works closely with Medicare Sales Managers and representatives to identify enrollment opportunities for seniors and support market-share expansion within the territory.
