Field Service & Commissioning Engineer – PLC Logic & Machine Integration

This role offers a direct-hire opportunity for a Field Service & Commissioning Engineer to lead global machinery installations, system integrations, and final Site Acceptance Testing at client facilities worldwide. The position involves executing electro-mechanical diagnostics, managing PLC and HMI software deployments, and spearheading internal Factory Acceptance Testing to ensure zero-defect quality standards. Operating out of a state-of-the-art facility in Menomonee Falls, WI, the engineer will report directly to the CEO with significant operational autonomy and global travel requirements.
