Field Service Dispatcher

This role serves as the primary point of contact for Field Operations personnel and acts as a liaison between customers, Field Operations, and internal business groups. The position coordinates customer appointments, monitors technical status, and manages job pools to ensure timely service and efficient route control. It involves dispatching work to technicians, ensuring SLAs are met, and balancing workloads based on skills and spare parts availability.
