Field Service Dispatcher/Coordinator

The Field Service Dispatcher/Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and administration of field service operations to deliver exceptional customer support and maximize service department efficiency. Serving as the primary liaison between customers, field technicians, and internal teams, this role ensures service requests are accurately scheduled, dispatched, monitored, and invoiced. The position actively oversees assigned Work-in-Process (WIP) to ensure excellent customer service and optimize field resources.
