Field Service Engineer - Level 2

This customer-facing position requires independent troubleshooting, timely completion of preventive maintenance, and effective communication to ensure high standards of system performance and customer satisfaction. The role involves frequent domestic and international travel to support clients in laboratory environments, including BSL-2 and BSL-3 facilities.
