The Senior Field Service Engineer – RUPS Systems is a senior technical field role focused on supporting IEM’s rotary uninterruptible power systems (RUPS) and generator-based power solutions across North America. This position serves as the primary on-site expert for commissioning, integration, and ongoing operational support of large-scale power installations. The role interfaces with internal engineering and manufacturing teams and works closely with customers and vendors to ensure system reliability and performance.
