The Field Service Engineer Team Lead will lead a team of Customer Technical Services engineers to resolve complex technical issues for the global PW2000 and PW4000 engine fleet, partnering with airline customers, MRO facilities, and cross‑functional engineering groups. The role focuses on improving engine safety, reliability, and operational performance while providing on‑call support and occasional travel.
