Field Service Engineer UPS - Data Center Solutions

This role involves delivering high-quality service, technical expertise, and customer support for Delta’s Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Data Center Solutions products. The position requires hands-on technical work, including on-site diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance, as well as providing escalated support for critical customer incidents. The engineer will also contribute to product improvements, develop training materials, and serve as a subject-matter expert for DCS products.
