Velocity Electric and Automation
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, support, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of semiconductor Automated Test Equipment (ATE) interface products. This customer-facing role serves as the primary technical liaison between customers, engineering teams, and manufacturing operations to ensure successful deployment and performance of test interface solutions. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, semiconductor test knowledge, and excellent customer communication abilities.
