Field Service Engineer

The Field Service Engineer serves as the technical expert and primary point of contact for customers, responsible for installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting custom-built industrial equipment. The role involves providing hands-on training, building customer relationships, and identifying upsell opportunities while maintaining a strong organizational structure for the service department. This position requires travel to customer sites and occasional international trips, with a focus on both field service and backend process improvements.
