Field Service Representative

As a Field Service Representative for Agilent, you will support customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of hardware, software, and networking solutions in various laboratory environments. The role requires diagnosing performance problems, performing repairs, and training customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Successful candidates must live in Western Canada and possess a post-secondary degree in a science field along with at least two years of laboratory experience.
