Field Service Representative

The Field Service Representative is responsible for meeting customers, reading, setting and removing meters, performing inspections, and operating company equipment such as curb stops, gate valves, and shutoff valves. The role also includes reporting unmetered properties, handling debris removal, performing shut‑offs and turn‑ons, and completing various SAP orders while becoming proficient with the mobile work management program and meter‑reading equipment.
