Field Service Representative

This role involves serving as the primary technical point of contact for end users, ensuring rapid solutions to reported issues while coordinating with project managers and customers to install, integrate, and repair Syzygy product and network communications systems. The position requires conducting equipment checks, troubleshooting, and performing root cause analysis on Syzygy products and networking hardware. Additionally, the role includes providing voice of the customer feedback to engineering, completing after-action reports, and offering technical assistance and training to customers.
