The Leidos Defense Sector is seeking a Field Service Representative to support the Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC Inc 2) missile defense system at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. This role involves assisting end-users with the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and sustainment of the launcher/interceptor solution and related equipment. The position requires minimal supervision, cross-training within the team, and readiness for worldwide deployments and nonstandard shifts.

Responsibilities

Support end-user in day-to-day operation and maintenance of IFPC Inc 2 missile defense system
Contribute to root cause analysis and failure troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networks
Create and update work orders while verifying completeness and accuracy of maintenance reports
