Field Service Representative

The Field Service Representative will deliver high-quality technical service and timely repairs for Diagnostic Imaging systems to hospitals and clinics in Newfoundland and Labrador, with travel to other regions and the USA for training. This role involves providing direct technical support, managing repair parts, maintaining service logs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. The position requires a valid Canadian driver's license and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
