Field Service Representative

The Field Service Representative is a frontline, relationship-driven role responsible for expanding the referral footprint by building trusted partnerships with primary care providers, pediatricians, OB/GYNs, internal medicine practices, and key community stakeholders. This consultative, educational field position focuses on helping referring practices understand when and how to refer, simplifying referral workflows, and driving consistent, qualified patient referrals into clinics. The representative is accountable for referral growth, conversion, and repeat referral behavior within their assigned territory.
