About this role

The Field Service Specialist supports customers globally by performing on-site and remote installations, maintenance, and support of CoolIT direct liquid cooling products. This role ensures all field work meets internal quality expectations and industry standards while providing technical consultation and training to customers and internal teams. The position requires extensive international travel and collaboration with authorized service providers to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Responsibilities

Perform on-site and remote installations of CoolIT products
Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on direct liquid cooling systems
Provide technical support and training to customers and service technicians

Skills

Qualifications

Red Seal/Journeyman Certification in pipe trades (Plumbing, HVAC, Steam Fitting etc.)
