About this role
Field Service Technician (Level 1, 2 or 3) responsible for hands-on installation and basic commissioning of IEM power distribution equipment primarily in data center and industrial settings. IEM provides approximately 4 weeks of training in Jacksonville, FL before deployment. The role requires significant travel to customer sites (about 75%) and availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
