Field Service Technician - Sterling, VA

About this role
The Field Service Technician (Level 1, 2 or 3) performs on-site support for IEM’s power distribution systems across data center and industrial customers. Candidates will complete company training in Jacksonville, FL and then execute customer-facing service, maintenance, and commissioning activities while coordinating with internal teams. The role requires significant travel and flexibility for evenings and weekends and spans multiple experience levels.
