The Field Technician I - Automation Maintenance will maintain and repair sweetgreen’s Infinite Kitchen automation equipment across the West Coast, supporting rollout and ongoing operations. The role includes traveling to restaurants, performing preventative maintenance and hardware upgrades, and providing hands-on training and oversight to store staff. It is a full-time, field-based position based in Northern California with significant regional travel and quarterly onboarding in Boston.
