BN Packaging seeks skilled Field Service Technicians to provide exceptional support, installation, maintenance, and optimization of cutting-edge packaging equipment at customer sites. The role involves independently or collaboratively resolving mechanical, electrical, and software issues while ensuring optimal machine performance. This position requires frequent travel within North America and occasionally internationally to manufacture plants.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues on customer equipment
Assist in installation, startup, and testing of new packaging systems
Optimize efficiency and effectiveness of equipment operation and service delivery
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with diverse customers and clients
Interpret technical documents and troubleshooting pneumatic and electrical schematics
