Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician works at customer sites to troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems, perform installations, and conduct unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance on forklifts and related equipment. The role involves providing professional customer service, maintaining service documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping guidelines. Technicians are dispatched from home and compensated for hours worked, with training provided to achieve Raymond Certified Technician status.
