Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician works at customer sites to troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems, perform installations, and conduct unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance on forklift and related equipment. The role involves providing professional customer service, maintaining service vehicles, and ensuring compliance with safety and documentation standards. Technicians are trained to become Raymond Certified Technicians through various levels of certification.
