Field Service Technician

This role involves regular travel to client locations to install and maintain Edward Jones branch offices, including setting up computers, printers, cabling, and telephony systems. The position requires leading on-site installation activities, troubleshooting hardware, and providing technical support with minimal disruption to client operations. Additionally, the role entails training clients on new technologies, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
