Field Service Technician

This role supports the Boston, MA territory by regularly traveling to client locations to install and maintain Edward Jones branch offices. The position involves setting up IT and telephony equipment, managing on-site installations, and providing technical support to ensure minimal disruption to client operations. The Field Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, maintaining inventory, and delivering excellent customer service while operating a company vehicle.
