Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician serves as the primary point of contact for WillScot clients, delivering technical expertise and exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and servicing buildings in the field. This role involves conducting service calls for HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry tasks within the branch territory, ensuring repairs are explained clearly and completed in a timely, cost-efficient manner. The technician is responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all client safety standards on-site.
