Field Service Technician

Metso is seeking a Field Service Technician to serve as the primary point of contact for customers in Germany and Benelux, providing direct responsibility for problem-solving, maintenance, training, and delivery of installation, commissioning, and spare parts. The role involves supporting complex sales cases and pilot tests while managing internal and customer-related reporting and documentation. This position requires significant travel within Germany and occasionally to Central and Eastern Europe.
