Field Service Technician

This role assists customers with the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of weighing and inspection equipment, either remotely or on-site. The technician provides phone support, conducts training, and leads large installations while ensuring equipment performance and resolving technical issues. The position requires extensive travel to customer facilities and the ability to adapt to various engineering designs and applications.
