Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician provides field and inside support for Ohio Medical's source air and vacuum equipment, medical gas pipeline systems, and related components. The role involves performing start-up and in-service training, conducting preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and executing warranty evaluations to ensure high-quality service and minimal customer downtime. This position requires adherence to strict ISO, FDA, and budgetary guidelines while maintaining positive customer relations and working with minimal supervision.
