Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician at ProMach is responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining Texwrap, Tekkra, and SRX systems both in-house and at customer locations. This role involves troubleshooting operational issues, performing mechanical and electrical modifications, and training personnel on equipment setup and maintenance. The position requires extensive travel to provide best-in-class customer experiences and support packaging performance across multiple segments.
