Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician supports customers across the Midwestern United States by installing, commissioning, repairing, and maintaining automated packaging machinery. This role involves troubleshooting equipment, conducting audits, delivering operator training, and recommending upgrades to ensure optimal machine performance. The position requires significant domestic and international travel to customer sites and occasional work at the Deer Park, NY facility.
