Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician provides first-level customer support for installed Foodmate systems and new installations, focusing on testing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electro-mechanical processing equipment. This role requires frequent travel to customer sites to assist with installation, servicing, and repair of poultry processing equipment and related sub-systems. The position involves working closely with customer management and production teams to ensure continued customer satisfaction and resolve complex technical issues.
