Field Service Technician

This fully remote role covers the Hampshire area and involves installing, debugging, and maintaining ATMs, retail equipment, and related hardware and software. The position requires performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and software failures, and conducting customer training on product functionality. The technician is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and completing all necessary service documentation.
