Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician is responsible for performing scheduled and remedial service on Small to Medium UPS, Power Distribution Units, and Battery system products for Vertiv's "Edge" market segment. This role involves establishing strong customer relationships, providing on-site and phone assistance, and ensuring equipment is returned to full operating condition. The position requires adherence to safety guidelines, completion of administrative tasks, and maintaining high customer satisfaction rates.
