Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician is responsible for performing scheduled and remedial service on Small to Medium UPS, Power Distribution Units, and Battery system products for Vertiv's "Edge" market segment. This role involves providing on-site and phone assistance to customers, maintaining excellent rapport, and ensuring equipment is returned to full operating condition. The position requires adherence to safety guidelines, accurate administrative reporting, and the ability to work independently or under supervision based on training completion.
