Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician is responsible for performing scheduled and remedial service on Small to Medium UPS, Power Distribution Units, and Battery system products for the "Edge" market segment. This role requires establishing strong rapport with customers and co-workers while ensuring safe and efficient on-site and phone assistance. The technician must maintain accurate administrative records, adhere to safety guidelines, and strive for high customer satisfaction through timely service delivery.
