Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician serves as the primary technical liaison between Hangcha Forklift America and its authorized dealer network, providing advanced technical support, diagnostics, and hands-on assistance for various forklift equipment. This role involves traveling within a 3-4 hour radius of Rock Hill, SC, to support dealer service departments, enhance parts sales opportunities, and improve overall customer satisfaction. The position requires strong communication skills to build relationships with dealer personnel and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure equipment uptime.
